Matthew, amongst many other skills, is a writer. His vivid in-depth approach to help others by sharing his experiences are second to none. He holds nothing back, rips off the band-aid and gives his readers the good, the bad, and the ugly with raw emotions; sparing no detail left unturned. 

His asperations for writing are nothing more than to use writing as an outlet and a coping mechanism to deal with all of the “oh so undiscussed”, taboo, yet mind blowing experiences he has endured in his life.  While writing his first, two unpublished books, he realized that by sharing his experience, any one of his readers may find help through their journey and circumstances. 

Everything from love, lust, friendships, devastating loss, divorced parents, absent parents, down to abusive employers and his experience with how “Employee Rights” , though they exit, are they truly enforced and protected? 

Matt’s third book that is soon to be released, “Unshackled”, shines more light on the professional side of his experiences. It encourages his readers to reach for the sky and not to be afraid to stand up for themselves, exit quickly and jump into a journey of their own. To be proud and believe in themselves. Encouragement to start their own empire with the mindset and focus on embracing their own employees and treating them in a way they deserve. After all, you are in charge of your own journey, you may not get to press the “delete” button or scrub the “eraser” on what has been written already, but you get to write on the blank pages for what is to come next.
